Our VAT number is 218 5642 03, and we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 674744).

By using our website or requesting a valuation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your use of the site.

Online valuations are provided as a guide and are based on the information you give us (such as registration and mileage) and third-party data sources. Any online figure is an indicative offer only and is not a binding contract.

A final, binding offer is made only after we have physically inspected the vehicle and verified its details, condition, ownership and documentation. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an offer if the vehicle differs from the information provided.

It is free to get a valuation and there is no obligation to sell. We do not charge sellers a transaction or administration fee — the price we agree at inspection is the amount you receive (subject to the VAT scheme below and any outstanding finance settlement).

Whether a sale is VAT qualifying or sold under the VAT margin scheme depends on the vehicle and your VAT status. Where a vehicle is VAT qualifying, prices are shown net and VAT is added on top; under the margin scheme no separate VAT is charged. We confirm the applicable scheme with you before completion.

You confirm that, at the point of sale:

• you are the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorised to sell it;
• the vehicle is not subject to any undisclosed finance, lien or other charge;
• the information you have provided is accurate and complete; and
• you will provide valid identification and proof of ownership on request.

Where finance is outstanding, any agreed settlement will be handled as part of the transaction. Ownership passes to us on completion of payment.

Online and indicative valuations assume the vehicle has no significant damage, is in good roadworthy condition, has a documented service history, two sets of keys, a valid MOT, and that the mileage stated is accurate. If the vehicle differs from these assumptions when inspected, the offer may be adjusted to reflect its actual condition, or withdrawn.

If you wish to retain a private or personalised registration, this must be arranged with the DVLA before the sale completes. Once we have purchased the vehicle we cannot transfer or retain a registration on your behalf.

Payment is made by bank transfer to an account in the seller's name. We aim to release payment the same day once the sale is completed and all checks are satisfied. Timing of receipt may depend on your bank.

Where you book a slot or collection, please arrive at the agreed time with the vehicle and all relevant documentation (V5C, service history, keys and any applicable finance details). We may decline to proceed where documentation is missing or details cannot be verified.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, submit false information, or attempt to gain unauthorised access. The content, branding and design of this site are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and the website is provided "as is" without warranties as to uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
